Steve Norris Network Marketing Don't Overcomplicate It

Building a network marketing business doesn’t need to be complicated.

You don’t have to persuade people to be customers or to join your business. You don’t have to fret over which person will or won’t join you.

Your job is simple.

Invite people to take a look.

That’s it.

You invite them to take a look. A tool does the presentation. The prospective partner/customer decides what the right thing is for them. They may ask you some questions. If you know the answer you can answer and if you don’t you can connect them with your sponsor on a 3 way call to get them the answers.

Easy peasy.

You’re a messenger, nothing more. You are looking for people that a side business is the right thing for them to be doing right now. No one else.

The hardest part of this business is sticking with it long enough to develop the skill to find people to talk to and then sifting through tose people until you find the 4 or 5 that you will build your empire with.

So relax, you got this.

The skills you need can be learned.

And there’s no pressure to sell anyone.

Take a breath, take your time and just ask someone, “If you could increase your income with a side business that wouldn’t get in the way of what you’re doing now, would you want to take a look?”

And you’re off….

After a lifetime of some successes, more near misses and even more outright failures, I find I've gained some skills and some wisdom along the way. I'm in the continuing process of developing more of the former and hopefully a little of the latter as well. I've reached a point where my primary interest is to develop an income that can support what I call a Location Optional lifestyle. I want to live where I want, how I want and when I want. A little narcissistic, I know, but there is only so much time in life and there are still many places from where I have not seen the sun rise. Fortunately, I've been blessed with a wife who feels the same way.
